「Nothing, we booked an ocean view room. Upon arrival, it was nowhere even close to ocean view and it smelled horrible. We left and lost all our $ and had to pay for another hotel. I could not have slept in the room, no air conditioning and pets allowed which made the lack of air conditioning even worse.」

「This was serviceable for a one night stay. The girl who checked us in could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was convenient to all we wanted to see. The room a bit small but we were only there for one night. The breakfast was surprisingly well appointed with fresh fruit & danishes. Unfortunately the town of Kennebunkport was a mess with construction. Traffic was ridiculous, stand still traffic. The girl at the hotel gave us a back way to into town.」

「My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms, we had a wonderful stay, just 2 things we would like to mention which are easy fixes. First there was a pair of socks in the closet floor, likely from the previous occupants, which we got rid of ourselves. The rest of the room was excellent. Second was the toilet flush handle came out of the tank, it still worked & the front desk was notified upon check out.」

「All the inns in n the collection are very nice and the location is very convenient. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was a nice size with a couch and fireplace, but the bed was uncomfortable. The seating areas outside are very nice and so convenient to have bicycles, towels and beach chairs available for guest to use. Breakfast was simple, but more than enough to start the day and always something warm and fresh to eat. Best chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. I would...
