「友人家族とともに2部屋で2泊しました。自動的に共通のフロアにしてもらい、コネクティングルームのような感覚でとてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで感じがよかったです。 キッチンの備品は友人の部屋と合わせれば満足できるものでしたが、各部屋に少し偏りがあるようでした。恐らくオフィスに言えばすぐに対応してくれそうでした。 」

「This property isn't large, but was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway for my husband and me. The owners were extremely responsive, and provide you with all of the kitchen/bathroom essentials that you need. The condo was very clean, in walking distance to shops/restaurants/the pier, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. We look forward to renting here again in the future!」

「Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer...

「Perfect location to walk into the shops and restaurants in the village and you are right on the beach. Clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. The unit is perfect for two people. Will definitely be back!」

「While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. Not t mention the sofa whose springs literally jump out to greet you when you sit on it. Which means that you lose 2/3 of available seating. This was incidentally brought up in 2022 by another guest. 「The home description is perfect. We love the area for its beaches, restaurants and shopping. The location of the condo is so convenient to everything. The outdoor shower was a plus in the 90 degree heat when we got back from the beach. I highly recommend the Brook House.」

「Cute little condo but seems to have unfinished ceiling that has been that way for years in living room and kitchen. It’s a bunk bed in the kids room, not two beds side by side. The pictures don’t really accurately represent the property. Beds were stiff. Overall I don’t think I’d rent it again but it was in a great location at least.」

The location was perfect, about 8 mins to walk to the center of OOB (Palace Playland) but quiet enough to enjoy the beach with plenty of space around you. 「Condo was just as described. Patrick was very pleasant when we saw him. The condo was short of what should be included. Ice trays and pot for cooking were missing but Patrick provided when asked' There were no dish clothes for drying washed dishes and no bath mat to step on after shower (tile floor easy to slip on with wet feet). These were little things that Patrick should have provided. If you rent during hot days bring floor fan. There was one but two are needed.」
