Some overall issues with the power outlets (only one of them worked). Also, one night I got back to the hotel very late at night and my card would not unlock the door. Front desk staff came upstairs to let me in using their card, but that didn’t work either. The employee said that the battery must have run out, and I had to wake up the other guest in the room to let me in. It’s very inconvenient to be in this type of situation at 3am.

Lovely staff, gorgeous hotel. Unfortunately, the spa did not work which for us, was the main draw for choosing this hotel after a 2-week road-trip around Albania. Otherwise, great place to stay!
