「This accommodation is very well located in the Kelso town square and within easy walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants.The bakery to the left of the front door is outstanding for home cooked morning rolls and beautiful cakes. Apartment 1 is spacious, clean and has everything you need despite the furnishings being a bit dated. Note this accommodation may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs to all rooms. This is a great base for trips to Lindisfarne,Bamburgh...

「This was a great location for me to visit Galashiels. Its a lovely old manse building with nice clean big rooms and comfy beds. The owners of the guest house were on site, very friendly and welcoming. I had a sound night's sleep and woke to a lovely cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. I couldn't fault my stay. There is plenty parking but lots of free street parking nearby anyway so no issues there. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.」

「町の中心地からは少し距離があります。バスルームは専用でしたが、寝室とは別の部屋でしたので、入浴やトイレの度に鍵を持って部屋を出ていかなければならず、少し不便でした。また、シャワーのお湯が入浴の途中で止まってしまい、水で洗髪や体を洗う羽目になり、とても寒かったです。夏ではありましたが、海からの風で部屋がとても寒く、入浴後はもっと体が冷えてしまいました。朝ごはんは1階の食堂でフルブレックファーストを頂くことが出来ました。部屋からの景色は素晴らしかったです。」

「Very disappointing. I paid £98 for a very basic twin room for 1 night. Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. No TV in room but was told I could watch TV downstairs if I wanted to. The shower didn't work properly - either scalding hot or dribbled out cold water. Sink took ages to drain, noisy radiator.
