Walk to the beach in moments!

  • Enjoy listening to the red-winged blackbirds and watching the osprey catch lunch, as you lounge on the patio in an Adirondack chair. This two-bedroom/two-bath, newly decorated and furnished condo is all about location! A few steps out of the door and you can be walking on the path through the adjacent bird sanctuary. Put a Tommy Bahama beach chair on your back and stroll two minutes down the path to enjoy Lake Okanagan, or keep walking and enjoy the lakeside boardwalk, past the yacht club to downtown and City Park. No need for a car, as coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by.

    An open layout gives an expansive feel to this great, over 1100 square foot condo. New appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, and BBQ on the patio allow for eating-in opportunities. Morning sunshine on the large patio off the master bedroom is an invitation to sit and enjoy coffee and a newspaper, whereas the second patio off of the living room is bathed in sunshine later during the day.

    As a guest in the Discovery Bay lakeside complex, you can enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, pool table, and ping pong table. There is also a communal BBQ area, which has a spectacular view of the lake. Come and relax on the lake at Discovery Bay and have fun exploring in Kelowna!

Family Trip for Reunion

We travelled to Kelowna for a family reunion and our little family stayed at this condo. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Heather made check in and check out clear and simple and was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four and the location was even better. With our two small ones, they could easily walk to the lake to enjoy the beach and there was also a pool onsite to enjoy. The kitchen was organized and stocked with all the implements needed to cook anything, easy access to parking (with a truck, it was tight but we managed), and a very safe and clean location. Would definitely recommend for other families with little ones that visit.

The property is very nice. It's the best vacation rental that I have been in. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked dinner a few nights and it had everything we needed. The location is minutes away from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

This is a great place. It's super clean and has everything you need including a kitchen stocked with whatever you need to cook at home. We enjoyed the location because it is a quick walk to the crazy parts of downtown but is far enough away to be quiet.

Wonderful stay & great location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Being on the ground level worked out great for us. Having use of the bbq, beach chairs and soft huge beach towels were a bonus! You are very close to the beach, and a short distance to walk to the downtown area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. We highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future:)

Communication was great, the property manager reached out a couple of weeks in advance and sent detailed instructions. We were met at the condo and shown around. Unloading the vehicle was easy as the property is right at the end of the building. The parking garage is on the same level too. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and even beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The location is perfect and easily walkable. Grocery stores are a short drive away, the condo has reusable bags. The kids enjoyed the pools and games room. Overall, it was the perfect spot to enjoy Kelowna. If we go back, this would be our first choice for accommodation.

The photos are accurate: this place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with pots, dishes and utensils. Excellent condo overall. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and bars, as well as walking paths and bike rentals. We went hiking up Knox Mountain and it was awesome! We would gladly book again, the host is awesome and the place was perfect. Thank you.

Beating the heat wave in AC

We had a great experience at Marcia’s condo. The patio was shaded most of the day so we sat out there quite a bit and watched all the people entering the beach pathway. We were very happy the AC was working as we spent more time in the condo than expected to get a break from the heat.
