"Room was clean and recently updated. Bed was comfortable, A/C was fantastic. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub was out the first evening but maintenance took care of it quickly and was up by the next day. Laundry was adequate although a bit overpriced, but in a pinch you can get a load or too handled. Quality machines that handled a decent sized load. Shower pressure on the second floor was outstanding. Provided toiletries were exceptional quality. Breakfast was excellent and varied day to day. One thing I think stood out above all else, as simple as it is, was the hotel had a guest use propane BBQ that they provided propane for. This allowed us to buy a small amount of groceries and save money on the meal cost. Finally, location was perfect. The gas station, Walmart, Costco, Albertsons, and local parks were all within walking distance, and the local Sharps burger ranch was next door. WiFi and DIRECTV was on point as well. The staff cannot be credited enough for the quality of the stay. As a family of five, the stay was within budget, and we were never lacking for things to do in our downtime. Overall the stay was fantastic value, and an outstanding stay. Thanks to the folks at the RiverTree Inn!"

"This charming home was delightful. Clean, comfortable, an extremely quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, so we could walk to shops easily.Easy to check in, easy to check out. We'll be back!"

"Excellent property with the most amazing hosts! They’ve thought of everything. Well stocked with plenty of thick towels and lush high quality bedding on every spacious bed. Large pantry full of dishes to serve meals to a crowd. Kitchen has most small appliances which make a stay with a large group easier. Paper towels and tissues were available every where we turned, closets have plenty of hangers. Lots of unique seating areas even when you need a few minutes away from the group. Hot tub was spotless. Towels provided in the spa gazebo attached to home. Games in cabinets above the desk. Only one step to access the home which made it possible to stay there with our handicapped mother but no beds on main level will accommodate a disabled person as is (although they are comfortably high for tall adults!!) We loved the easy access to the walking trail along the river and the ability to use the space as a gathering place for our family gathering for a wedding in nearby Lewiston. Janine & Ken were the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. They take impeccable care of this family home full of treasures which take you back to life in the 70’s & 80’s but could be new with how well they’ve been preserved. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!!!"

"This house is beautiful! The view from the living room and back deck is magnificent. One of the highlights was listening to the quails and pheasants calling out. Ideal for bird watching!The host was wonderful to work with when I had a few questions regarding a family gathering. And she even left a thoughtful little snack basket and beverage for this weary traveler! A very clean and cozy but roomy home and is perfectly family friendly. Would definitely come back again!"
