「We enjoyed our stay, our room was great and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and clean and the staff were amazing and very kind. We originally we're only staying two days in the family liked it so much we stayed the week. 」

「I booked three nights for over February vacation with two teenagers. I was not told that the pool was closed for maintenance until after we checked in. There was no refund offered, and although the staff was extremely nice, the hotel and rooms are a bit rundown, looking with an electrical outlet not working in our room and a weird smell coming from the heater/fan」

「Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. 」

「Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. 「When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...
