前回は非常に満足したのですが、今回は室内の清楚が全く行き届いておらず、ベッドの下に前利用者のストッキング？やスリッパがホコリまみれで清掃されておらず、シャワー室もカビも発生しており臭いも酷かったです。
せっかくのお洒落なホテルなだけに清潔にしてほしかったです。

"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴ら しかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"
