The staff was great. My room was clean.
Definitely worth paying the extra for the breakfast option… it was great, with lots of food options. The dining area was clean and well organized and the staff did a really good job at replenishing food before it ran out. The place was great, they helped out as much as possible. The breakfast was amazing I fell in love with one of their juices and now I don’t want any other dumplings lol!! The place is in a good location if you are visiting near by areas, but it is a little ways from Tokyo. It is our fault that we couldn’t communicate well with them when there English employee wasn’t there, but will definitely visit again and hope to know more of the language!!
