「I only found out there was no receptionist present at the property. I did not receive a code in my email, luckily there was another person staying there that gave me the number for the receptionist and that how I got the code to the front door and my room.

「This property was awful. It was very hard to find, and felt unsafe. It is essentially a garage building with the rooms on top of the garages. The garages were filled with trash and construction materials, and they were doing construction for hours late into the night while we were trying to sleep after a long travel day. There were also not enough towels for 3 people and the bathroom had no amenities like body soap or shampoo. If the room had wifi, there were no instructions on how to access it...
