The villa is arranged across two levels. Also on this level is a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate family bathroom with a bathtub and a decorative fireplace.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where there are two additional air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and one twin. The twin room also features an en-suite shower for added convenience.

A small staircase from the front terrace leads down to the fenced garden and the sunny southeast-facing swimming pool (9.0m x 5.0m), which enjoys beautiful sea views.
