Near airport. I stay till my fright and didn’t stay till morning. Here is like a business hotel. There are Bed and fridge and warm shower. I can break and packing there. Good for it. Many Local people stay here.

予約入れる前にちょっと考えた方がいい

今回デンパサール空港から近いという理由でこちらのホテルに滞在しました。 滞在初日ホテルへ到着しバスルームへ向かうとゴミ箱の中にゴミが半分程入っていました。 水回りは、シャワーの出が悪くチョロチョロとしかでません。追い討ちをかけるかのようにシャワーの水を出していると排水溝から糸ミミズがうじゃうじゃ出てきます。 床も他人様の髪の毛が落ちていて清潔感に欠けています。 自前でルームシューズを持ってきていたのでよかったですが。 人にあまりすすめたくありません。

バイクで空港まで、10分しないくらい！とても立地が良い！クレジット使える！スタッフの方の対応なども◎！外出から戻ってくると必ず笑顔で迎えてくれる！ホテル内のプールは毎日透き通っていた！旅行客は気持ちよさそうに泳いでいた！虫が出ない！ スタンダードのお部屋は、少し狭いが寝るだけだから問題ない！エアコン付き、冷蔵庫がない。 デラックスのお部屋は、広い！エアコン付き、冷蔵庫付き！ 朝食はミエゴレンやパンの時もあった。飲み物は自由に飲み放題。コーヒーがすごく美味しかった！ 朝食付きで予約してなかったとしても、25000ルピア(約250円)払えば朝食が食べられた！ 快適でよいホテルでした！ありがとうございました！

Bypass沿いは便利だが

ホテル名をタクシードライバーは全く知らない人が多い。ホテルはBypass沿いにありますが、まわりには何も無い。部屋は古い。　 シャワー水圧弱い。

空港からの近さが最大のメリット

とにかく、空港からの近さが素晴らしいです。5km弱の道のりなので、空いていれば車で約5分あれば到着してしまいます。観光スポットから離れた小さなホテルなので、タクシー運転手さんの認知度がイマイチかもしれませんが、大通りの空港バイパス沿いに立っていまし、Hotels.comの予約確認書に印刷された地図の位置通りにホテルがありますので、運転手さんにゆっくり探してもらえば、ちゃんと見つかるはずです。バイパスの東側、つまり、空港やクタ地区から南下する場合、進行方向の左手側にホテルがあります。 ホテルの周囲は、ジンバランのシーフードレストランには割と近いものの、基本的に「観光っぽさ」に欠ける地域です。ピックアップ付きの観光に参加するか、タクシーで移動する以外は、観光に不向きです。ホテルにこもって、滞在を楽しむタイプのホテルでもありません。一方で、デンパサール空港を利用する際の、到着後・出発前・乗り継ぎなどで、「とりあえず近くで1泊できれば良い」という人には、それなりに便利な立地と言えます。 設備や朝食は最小限で、窓も小さすぎて無いに等しかったですが、給湯器やコンセントは揃っていて、シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出ました。 ロビー周りの調度品や照明などからは、いちおう「バリらしさ」を演出しようという努力が感じられます。小さいながら、プールもあります。 大通りに面しているので、道路に近い側の部屋はうるさそうです。空港へのメータータクシーの手配や、ハンバーガー屋さんの宅配などは、フロントに頼めば快くやってくれました。

I chose Coco De Heaven on Jan 17 & 18, There is CCTV & Parking available inside the fence. On 18 Jan after 10 am, I came back to hotel after breakfast, I left my phone on my moped's pocket for less than 30 seconds. I came back to pick it up in less than a minute. My cell phone was stolen. I requested front desk for CCTV coverage and I was told CCTV is not working. I went through my room and requested room service, I never received room service. Staff regularly relocate the bikes and mopeds to make more parking space. There was no public present in the parking lot when I came. Ninja 250 belonging to staff who was going home was parked beside my moped. Person who took my cell phone removed the SIM Card & as result I could not locate. Police mentioned since there was no CCTV working, which is rare for a good hotel, It would be hard to locate the phone. I requested to talk to manager, but supervisor states he is on vacation. There was no responsibility and no search conducted. I offered a large reward to staff if they can provide my cell phone. I believe the individual who has my cell phone knew who I was and works within the premise. As a traveller, I would reccommend to be careful at Coco de heaven for your belongings. Especially when staff knows there is no CCTV and accountability. I was very disappointed by lack of customer service. I did check out of worst nightmare. Management does not want to follow up. I have been contacting for more than a week :(

Satisfied a little bit

I stayed there for 3 nights. When I arrived, it was quicked check-in, the guy at the reception was nice and accommodating. The housekeeping are not friendly and approachable. But the lady who took the guy at the reception was very nice. She taught me to download GoJek apps so that I can book car, and when the driver sent me messages in their language, the lady help me to reply. The location was far from everything like the malls, food chains, etc. They have free breakfast but only 1 menu everyday and they don't have free coffee and milk at the room, they only provide sugar and tea and they don't have free shampoo and soap inside the bathroom. They have nice swimming pool. The only thing I don't like much was the guests are smoking at the lobby and the smoke gives me cough.

Dirty room and outdated!!

This is a really cheap guesthouse and I do understand that you can't expect much for the value, but seriously. I booked here because I saw review somewhere that it was ok to stay. To be honestly, the most important thing to me is it has to be clean. When we went inside to our room, it's dirty everywhere. They never clean the fridge, not under the bed and then the bathroom. So outdated. It was barely we want to take a shower or go to the toilet. I didn't trust the bedsheet either so I had my own towel before laying on the bed. Poor breakfast, no choice and the same. Service is not so much better, we ask for rent motorbike. They told us to sit down and wait. After 15 min we told the guy that we will go out and eat and then be back, everything should be ready at that time. When we came back after 1 hour, he told us that it was not possible anyway to rent for today. What a waste of time. I am happy we only book for 2 nights because we would not stay there one minute longer and will never come back here either. Location wise, not so much to do if you do not have a motorbike or car.

Cheap Hotel close to airport

You get what you pay for...although staff were helpful. We were only here a few hours waiting for flight home. Budget room, no soap, no toilet paper, stained towels, poor AC, no window, tiny room, no cable TV (indonesian only), noisy street and no restaurants nearby. The pool was nice and clean and is close to the airport.

AC bocor rusak, remote Tv tidak ada, sudah ketinggalan jaman, dan menjebak dalam hal dilarang merokok. Sarapan pagi juga tidak diberikan padahal sudah bayar.

Not happy at all with the hotel

It totally different then what I expected from rating and reviews about it. Did not provide a vegetarian option for breakfast had to buy outside all the time. Service was disappointing. Room was terrible specially bathroom. Shower head was broken, shower curtain was disgusting.

Terrible

If I can say something is please remove this hotel from the site... we found fleets on the bed the shower is disgusting, we asking to change for another room and the hotel transfer us for the room available and this room was used and not cleaned after this. Terrible experience!!!

I don’t know wich kind of person gonn’a looking for a room like that but that was so dirty. Clearly disgusting and I’m choked to see people offer this kind of service. Please change it ! We were supposed to stay two nights, one was enough.
