「the condo was magnificent. when it advertised as oceanfront they were not kidding... literally 35 ft from the ocean. Beautiful rocky coast with the waves crashing 24/7. We loved hearing the ocean all day long and all night long. I must have taken100 pictures. The pictures do not lie... truly well done condo and so well maintained. Clean, up to date and well stocked. Very quiet complex and beautiful grounds. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. Grab this...

「Loved this place. Nicely located. Owner was more than accommodating and always made you feel he was there for you. And they were. Property management was excellent. Views were priceless. Pools were extraordinary. All in all you won’t be disappointed. Only reason it didn’t get five stars across the board would be the loft. A little warm and door on bathroom made privacy a bit awkward. Also the close by beach isn’t all that. I had my grown adult girls there so they require a little more privacy....

「Overall this property is amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again. Be warned, this is CLOSE to the water (and wave action) so if you are a light sleeper, you may find the waves & ocean sounds to be too loud. We love that, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Our main complaint was with the initial guests above us for the first couple days of our stay. They had an unruly child with them (temper tantrums) and he would stomp and wail and he really made things pretty...

Location is convenient to Kailua-Kona, restaurants, grocery, and local beach park for snorkeling. A lovely property with amenities on site, have stayed at multiple units at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and will most certainly return.」

It is both vacation rentals AND homes, and it is quiet, friendly and very community-like. The management is veery efficient, proactive and helpful, the staff are friendly, and our particular condo owner is a lovely, helpful and friendly woman whose home we’ve stayed in for years. Kudos to KCR!」

「When we arrived everything was as we expected with the exception of there not being an AC. The weather here makes an AC not necessary thank goodness! The location is perfect. It is quiet, close to town and easy to get to the different areas of the Island. The view is stunning especially the sunset from the lanai. Thank you for a great experience!! We plan to come back.」
