  • Sitting back off the road, this beautiful historic home is full of original antiques and family photos that will take you back to simpler times. Come sit on one of two porches and sip a glass of iced tea or enjoy your morning coffee as you bring in the new day listening to the sounds of nature at its best. Visit nearby historic Keachi, GrandCane, Longstreet, and surround areas for historic viewing and antique treasure hunting. Visit one of many small town eateries and taste what locals have to offer.

    PLEASE keep in mind, that in order to maintain the "historic integrity" of this home, there are NO TV's, however, we DO offer FREE Wifi now:) However, the peace and quiet is worth a few days to unplug and unwind!

Experience tranquility and beauty for a perfect stay

This gorgeous historic home was located in the perfect spot. It offered great accommodations and amenities for four adults, one 11-year-old child, and our furry friend. We appreciated the simplicity and history of the house. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch swing and rockers while listening to the sounds of birds and nature. Our daughter loved playing board games and swinging from the tree. It was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of life. Mrs. Donna provided excellent communication and instructions and was a wonderful hostess. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Great House for a girls' weekend!

Beautiful house!

Beautiful house! What a lovely experience to spend two days in a beautiful historic home. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our two night stay. Donna was so friendly and caring about our needs she also knew a lot about the home and was so informative of places to eat and see. We will definitely be renting again
