"There was a gentleman the 1st day that was so helpful, tips and tricks around the way. However, sadly our last night I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and there we baby roaches in the restroom. Killed them over and over again, informed the front desk. Lady said she could give me a day of parking off..... yikes whhoooo hooo $25 for sharing my well with roaches. Sure hope I don't have the pleasure to bring them home. Besides the lack of monetary compensation, she really discarded the concern. Besides myself, I had a young child with me. Last thing I wanted was to end up with a room of roaches. Seeing how we spent most of our time outside of the room, wish I would've caught that sooner and switched hotels!!!"

"Staff was awesome. Home made banana bread, a gift of a calendar & box of Hawaiian chocolate. Georgeous view (lake view rm), comfortable room. A little dated, but clean & everything worked."

"Your incidental fees are a bit high for a night $215 (still pending) The bathroom looked like it needs a new tub and the phone charger in my room wasn’t working, also the walkways need to drain better when it rains because my entire shoes got soak and wet but other than those issues, everything else was great and the staff was pleasant! "

"Amazing pool and love the beach front on the hotel. It was very easy access and loved what the hotel has to offer. The only downside was, during our stay, it was raining and the rooms had flooding issues because of it. Other than that, staff was amazing and they were making it up by service. Thank you for everything! "

"Condo is located close to Kuhio highway, lots of road noise. Checkin process is very confusing, no office staff onsite. Process was not communicated clearly at all. Both TVs/remotes did not work and there was nobody to call or come fix it. Pools are cold and hot tub way too hot. Room was spacious and clean. "

"Thank you for a great stay! Location was excellent with bike rentals for the path right across the alley. On the ocean for spectacular sunrise! Had enough space for myself and three daughters so we could all have our own bed which was great! "
