「Phòng ốc ấm cúng, đồ dùng cũng đầy đủ két sắt, mấy sấy, dép đi biển … thích mấy chai nước thủy tinh này.」

「Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the...

「Nice grounds. Power went out a couple times. Internet would drop to 3mbps. Common areas and hallways had coverage, my room would just drop out」

「Very disappointing experience. The property feels run-down and poorly maintained, the beds are uncomfortable, and the amenities are average at best. The grills were broken, towels weren’t provided, and even the communal pool lacked basic conveniences like pool towels or a pool bar. There were also no open restaurants nearby, leaving very little to do. For a property advertised as a “luxury villa,” the experience fell far short of expectations. 「I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control...

「Amazing room to amazing breakfast 」

「Nice villa and reasonably clean. However, amenities were not available for guests to use. Limited towels and no paper towels available for use. We won't recommend this」

「The villa was excellent, everyone involved was very attentive and responsive. We had a great stay!」
