"The AC was only in the master bedroom but we moved one of the twin beds in there so the son could be comfortable with us. In the evening if you opened the bedroom door and used a fan it would cool the apartment down to a reasonable temperature. The kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable. Tear kettle for mint tea in the evening and coffee in the morning. We kept the kitchen door shut to keep the humidity down in the rest of the apartment from drying clothes. "I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold msemen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was good, just not quite the authentic Moroccan experience we were expecting. I imagine the hotel is mainly catering towards business travellers. But all in all it was a very nice stay"

"• The Location is very good. Everything is walking distance (train, supermarket, restaurants) • The apartment is as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient. • There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it. • The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They attended immediately to anything I asked for. • The security of the building is very good. I felt very safe. • Wifi was excellent. No interruption at all and the speed was great. "
