The modern bathroom provides everything you need, including soft towels, shower gels, shampoos, soaps, and a hairdryer. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and all necessary cooking essentials. Enjoy fast high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with entertainment on the flat-screen TV. Maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, the studio offers a convenient self check-in system, efficient central heating, and a charming balcony where you can savor the beautiful mountain views.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment’s prime location in the Twins Apart-Hotel makes it an ideal base in New Gudauri. Just steps from the ski lifts, you’ll have instant access to the slopes, plus a variety of restaurants, bars, and markets at your doorstep. After skiing, enjoy vibrant après-ski spots or relax with panoramic mountain views, perfect for soaking up the resort’s lively yet cozy atmosphere.



Getting Around:

New Gudauri is compact and walkable, with lifts, rentals, and cafés just steps away. Taxis and transfers connect you from Tbilisi via the scenic Georgian Military Road. Gondolas and chairlifts link the ski areas, and if you’re planning trips beyond the resort, we can organize them for you.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine will be issued if this rule is broken.

• Please dispose of all trash before checking out to help us keep the space clean and pleasant.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For extra items, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need help, contact us. We welcome your feedback, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always appreciated.

• Although we try to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, gas, or internet) can happen in Georgia. Please do not take this into account in your review, as it is a common issue countrywide and not specific to our apartment.

• During snowy days or busy periods, logistics such as deliveries, services, or maintenance may be delayed or may not meet usual standards. Please be understanding and avoid criticizing these situations in your review, as they are beyond our control.
