"The friendliest reception in Bulgaria yet. The staff, amazing. The property, amazing. The location and view (guess) - amazing. There is a restaurant 3 steps away w wonderful food and service, the room was HUGE, parking was a breeze and the breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not modern. It’s old world, clean, quiet, lovely and has good beds. We needed to book this due to a last minute change in plans and couldn’t be happier Note: I should have asked her name, but there was a front desk employee at the time of check in who was so lovely and helpful. I hope her supervisor sees this because she is doing a wonderful job. "

"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "

"I would never stay at that hotel. The room smelled like sewage. We brought it up to staff and they said that all of the rooms smelled like that.... at one point we were the only ones at the hotel, and now I understand the reason. The staff were very nice, but sleeping with the smell of sewage was a very unpleasant experience. Do not stay at this place."
