Welcome to the NEWLY RENOVATED Kozy Kave!
Stay fairly close to everything in Kawartha lakes but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip tucked away in a private bay on Burnt River. With a 30ft private entry to the river and a dock for boarding , water access will not be a concern. With a fully stocked kitchen, large rooms, 1 kayak, 1 canoe, paddleboat and fun activities; enjoy our Kozy Kave with your friends & family.

Overall exactly as described, and the owner was kind enough to let us check in early (always a plus). Be sure to check the list of things to bring, it was helpful to us. Kitchen was actually very well stocked. Fun stay for the family

We had an amazing family vacation at kozy, the water was perfect to swim in, we strongly recommend life jackets though. The kitchen had everything you could need and the house was very clean. we had no issues but one with the water, which we had a very quick response to and was a quick fix. we definitely recommend and hope to return to next summer. A bonus was seeing the amazing turtles right at the dock which the kids loved watching every evening.
