Silesian Homely Studio is located in an excellent location, just 1.5 kilometers from the “Spodek” Arena in Katowice and right next to the University of Silesia. Situated in the very center of Katowice, Spodek has become a symbol of the city and an important point on Poland’s cultural and sports map. It is a multifunctional venue with a capacity of around 11,000 spectators, hosting various events including concerts, sports matches, entertainment shows, trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

Right next to the apartment is the Katowice Market Square – the central spot in the heart of the city, which serves as a major meeting point and a hub of social and cultural life. Located in the historical center, the square is surrounded by historic buildings, cafes, restaurants, and shops, creating an atmosphere full of history and character. It is a lively place, especially during warm days when many residents and tourists enjoy the charm of the market atmosphere. It offers a variety of attractions such as cultural events, outdoor concerts, festivals, and fairs that draw people from near and far.

There are many tourist attractions nearby that are worth visiting, such as the Silesian Museum, the Silesian Theatre, the Spodek Arena, and the Valley of Three Ponds. It takes just 25 minutes by public transport to reach Silesian Park. Silesian Park is a venue for numerous cultural events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. Silesian Homely Studio is a modern, fully equipped studio apartment designed for comfort and convenience. The living area is connected to a functional kitchenette that includes everything needed for everyday use: a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cutlery.

The sleeping area features a large and comfortable king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe for clothing and personal belongings.

Guests also have access to a washing machine, hairdryer and a television – everything needed for both short and long stays.

To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, please note that these items are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend that you purchase additional supplies as needed.
