The Olive House Backs Blue Mountains National Park

This tri-level light filled home enjoys a beautiful outlook over bush land and paddocks, set in a peaceful position, yet only approximately 5 minutes drive to Katoomba town centre. With four bedrooms, study and two bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and sauna, the home is set in a native garden which runs down to a flowing creek.

Featuring spacious open-planned living/dining/kitchen which opens onto a sunny viewing deck with glass balustrade perfect for entertaining or just unwinding. The master bedroom with tiled en-suite also enjoys its own private deck taking in the relaxing view. Naturally this quality home is equipped with ducted natural gas central heating throughout.
