Staff insisted to see the membership card or email with number. Stated she could not simply pull up my APA member information. Wife and I spent 30 mins trying to find membership number via old emails. All to get an extra hour for check out. Unnecessary waste of time and embarrassment. APA, you can do better.

小さな子供2人と家族4人で宿泊しました。目の前にイオンがあり、立地も良いと思いますし、ホスピタリティーもビジネスホテルとしては問題ないと思います。ただ、子連れ向けではないのは、施設設備やホスピタリティーからも明らかでした。ベッドの高さが高かったり、ユニットバスが狭すぎたり、子供のタオルが用意されていなかったりが気になりました。でも、安かったし旅の中継地点として寄っただけだったので、十分だと思います。
