"I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could. Firstly the view over Mirabello bay is breathtaking. The staff are extremely helpful and try their best to accommodate your needs. The food is excellent with a wide variety of Greek and international dishes. There are two free beaches within walking distance, one pebbly and one sandy and three excellent tavernas again within walking distance. The bar staff are efficient and polite. Specialist mention must go to the lovely head barman sweet manalito and the lovely and enigmatic Natalie. Don’t hesitate to book. My last visit they upgraded me to a room with its own pool as a gift from the hotel. You must go."

"Breakfast was standard, nothing special Bar downstairs had no vibe and closed early, upstairs was cool but no good in the rain, middle bar wasn’t really a bar. Food options were standard hotel level; nothing fancy. Pools weren’t heated but otherwise were fine. A cold hotel room plunge pool was a bit pointless. Hotel itself was very nice; clean, new, well positioned in the town."

"We had a wonderful stay, manager and staff were excellent and so welcoming. The bedrooms were ok but not what we would class as superior although that is what we booked. View from where we ate breakfast was beautiful just a shame there is no small beach in front, there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas but no sand. Very quiet around pool area but that is what we liked."

"Modern design on a beautiful point. 270 degrees of ocean views. The hotel was full, but the layout offered us a lot of personal space and privacy. The staff were wonderful. For me & every tourists nightmare - I lost my passport on the plane. The concierge, Mariana, knew how stressful this was and was on the phone to the airline, the airport, and the police for us right away. She found it for me. Just incredible. Thank you, and thanks to the airport staff and police for being well prepared for these events."

"Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged. The 2 pools and beach were well maintained and the poolside music was relaxing and matched the vibe perfectly. The food was really good for a buffet and the a la carte menu for lunch was delicious. They also had a beach bar where you could order drinks and food directly to the beach loungers. I want to thank specially Alina and Ioulia at Guest Experience, who helped make the proposal really especial, and booked dinners and car rentals for us to explore the island. Irini at Tamarisk was also fantastic, as well as Sandip at the beach bar! Fully recommend for any special trip or just for a relaxing holiday by the beach!"
