「Friendly staff」

「Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...

「We went out for my partners Birthday and they made it such a special week for her and myself! The room was amazing and the whole place is out of this world. Great staff, excellent entertainment and a really nice place to just relax and unwind. We couldn’t fault anything other than not being able to stay longer!! We’ve stayed in many places and this is by far the best! We will 100% be back and for longer this time so we can enjoy more of the teams great hospitality. Thank you for all you done...

「Restaurant was the only let down esp. bar snack, very limited options. Breakfast buffet is great, but gets super busy. Great location and good property, though be careful of slipping hazard in the lobby due to rains..」

「We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and...

「This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour).」

「Very clean property and rooms.」

「The amenities are great it's a lovely clean place to stay staff were lovely we had breakfast a little bit late LOL and they even gave us some bottled water when we left for our journey onwards. Nicely designed rooms and bathrooms.」

「Hôtel récente, très bien et propre aussi. Près des attractions principales」

「No elevator」

「Everything was amazing」

「Great service and breakfast.」

「Nydelig hotell. Flotte rom. Rent over alt. Koselige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Fantastisk strand med gratis solsenger. Flere flotte bassengområder. Nydelig frokost og flere fine restauranter Vi kommer tilbake!」
