「There was no tv or wifi. We swapped to another cabin which had dirty sheets,dirty sink,dirty bin,toilet not flushed. Then swapped back to original cabin with no tv or wifi. Awaiting a full refund.」

「Very welcoming and caring for humans and pets. Organised everything through major flood emergency and continued to look after the guests. 」

「The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room (no. 10) was clean and the shower was excellent! However, the queen bed was terrible - felt like there were no springs left in it and it felt like you were sleeping on a board. Fortunately we carry our own pillows, so my husband slept in the single bed which was okay, but I put all the pillows under me so it was at least a bit more comfortable! I was glad we were only staying 1 night! The restaurant meals were absolutely fantastic - well presented...

「Booked for a work trip. I think the pictures online were a little misleading as my room was very basic. Having said that, immaculately clean. I didn’t use the pool, but secure parking was a benefit. Check location when booking as right in the centre of Katherine. If you’re looking for something quieter then maybe look a bit further out. Overall, for one night it was ok. Do remember to check your emails though as no staff on reception and complete check in/out is via a code and safe box on...
