「At end of a 4x4 dirt trail, the brothers have worked hard during difficult times to create a small high-end eco-friendly resort in the woods where monkeys play and peacocks crow. 「Cabanas located in trees - you are literally sleeping outside. Different experience, but nice. Be aware that animals may enter, and the river is very close by, so maybe not so good for people who needs complete silence to sleep. Staff very helpful and nice!」

「Vi brugte hotellet som base for en safari i Yala National Park. Stedet er familiedrevet og med en meget hjælpsom og omsorgsfuld ejerinde. Vores værelse havde udsigt over rismarkerne, hvor der altid var aktivitet, både af mennesker, dyr og fugle. Stedet er rustikt men med alle nødvendige faciliteter i god stand. Dejlig morgenmad, og vi kan endog anbefale stedets lokale aftensmad.」

「Majatalo oli pieni, siinä näytti olevan vain kaksi huonetta (jotka molemmat olivat isoja). Sijainti oli syrjäinen, mutta hyvä Yalan kansallispuistoa ajatellen. Syrjäisen sijainnin vuoksi oli käytännössä pakko syödä majatalossa. Sieltä sai ruokaa tilaamalla sen etukäteen. Ruoka ei ollut mitenkään ihmeellistä, esim. kana oli kuivaa. 「First of all, when I went to 'Palugaha pilgrim resort' it was locked. Even the mobile was not reachable. I had booked this thro' Expedia. Fortunately the auto rickshaw driver was knowledgeable about the place so took us to a nearby place. This did not have any name but there was someone to entertain us. He claimed that was the Palugaha resort & also said there was no intimation from Expedia reg my booking. However, he was kind enough to arrange the room for us. After that, everything was fine....

"All staff members are so kind and friendly. Every service was perfect and comfortable for me from the checking in to checking out. We booked the hotel very last minutes, but the staff helped me for the meal arrangement and the safari arrangement smoothly so there was no inconvenience and negative comments for the stay! I’d like to come and visit here again. "
