Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. 2 bathrooms each with shower, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. 2 bathrooms each with bathtub, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Kaštelir. The villa is situated on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
