Villa Panamera is a luxurious villa located in the village of Kaštelir with partial sea views. This impressive holiday home stands out with its modern design and high-quality furnishings, featuring a wellness area including a sauna, shower, and jacuzzi. Situated just 8 km from the sea and 300 m from a grocery store, café, children's playground, and restaurants serving traditional cuisine, Villa Panamera offers both comfort and tranquility. The villa is situated on a meticulously maintained, fully fenced plot of 800 m², where guests can enjoy a covered terrace with a barbecue, a 32 m² swimming pool with the option of heating in colder months, and beautifully landscaped sunbathing area, as well as multiple parking spaces. Kaštelir is a picturesque Istrian village exuding traditional charm and offering stunning views of the surrounding fields and sea. Poreč is a popular Istrian tourist destination with a rich history, beautiful beaches, and a vibrant old town, attracting visitors with its cultural heritage and Mediterranean atmosphere. Villa Panamera is a holiday home with a total indoor area of 130 m² + 50 m² terrace, accommodating up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and one double bedroom with its own bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with access to a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.

Villa entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den Bildern auf der Buchungs-Webseite

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa Panamera! Die Sauberkeit, die ruhige Lage und der tolle Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool haben uns besonders gefallen. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls perfekt, um die schöne Umgebung (Novigrad, Porec, Rovinj, ...) zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war reibungslos und der Kontakt mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Die Villa ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
