Disappointing stay !!

I’ll start with the good…the hotel was clean and well equipped within the rooms for a stay. The property is located a few metres from a very small strip of pebbled beach. We feel very misled re the property description. We chose this property as it had ‘on site parking’ available which was very important to us with expensive bikes in our vehicle. On arrival it was obvious there was NO on site parking only parking in the road (not secured). I asked the host where the parking was and he directed me to the roadside parking. Straightaway we were then asked to pay for our stay CASH ONLY which we didn’t have. Only to be advised where the local cash point was. There was NO restaurant, NO coffee shop/cafe or beach bar on site !?! We were not also made aware of any common area for tea/coffee. We’re astounded that these things were listed and it feels nothing other than being misled !! The front desk was not OPEN at all through our stay, it states it’s open 2-8 pm. When we turned up (hoping to have lunch at the bar) I had to call up the stairs for attention as desk area was chained up. The general area felt quite lacking and with our disappointment at this place our trip wasn’t what we’d hoped it to be. We looked at Trogir…a much better option if you’re looking around this area. I hope this honest feedback helps others

Great location outside the tourist area but on the water and close to the airport. Boris was a great host. He shared a little of the history and culture of the place, gave us great recommendations, and even called a winery to set up a last minute tasting. Would stay here again.

There were some stairs involved but the room was perfect. Very cute and separate bedrooms. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

O quarto muito limpo e tudo novinho, a recepção é meio bagunçada, cheia de coisas desorganizadas , levei ate um susto , mas quando entrei no quarto, tudo muito arrumado, limpo e espaçoso. Super recomendo

Siamo stati 4 notti in questa struttura,posizione eccellente la camera molto vecchiotta ma con tutti i confort. Il check-in perfetto siamo stati accolti dai proprietari...ma poi nei giorni a seguire non li abbiamo più visti .Per quattro giorni non ci sono stati cambiati asciugamani . Al check-out praticamente inesistenti i proprietari abbiamo lasciato la camera senza sapere dove lasciare la chiave.

Nous avons adoré cet chambre d’hôtes. Accueil chaleureuse exceptionnelle! Propreté et tranquillité assuré ! Une maison de 400 ans avec salle de bain neuve et une pression d’eau excellente. La douche fut chaude et la salle de bain impeccable comme tout le reste… de la vaisselle au chaudron tout y est pour un séjour ensoleillé avec un jardin qluxuriant. Nous avons adoré à tout point de vue ! Prix très raisonnable et service génial!♥️

Plus que parfait

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette agréable maison située à 2 pas de la plage entre Split et Trogir dans un quartier hyper calme avec toutes les commodités sur place. Malgré la barrière de la langue, très bon accueil et verre de bienvenue. Les jeunes hôtes sont très avenants et toujours prêts à rendre service. Bien que l'établissement n'était pas complet, nous avons été surclassés sans avoir rien demandé. Si nous devons revenir dans cette région, nous ne chercherons pas à loger ailleurs. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter !

We had a great stay at Villa Soulavy although we were only there one night. The host stayed up to greet us very late even though check in past long time before! The room was nice and the place is basically right on the ocean.

Un coin de calme et de paradis

Un séjour superbe dans cette belle villa accueilli par une charmante famille. Boris était là pour nous aider quand nous voulions réserver diverses activités (vélo, etc.) En face de la plage dans un village calme mais accessible.

Bon accueil, studio agréable, mais plage sommaire

Très bon accueil avec petit verre de liqueur de noix, recommandations de restaurants aux alentours et don de plans. Studio propre agréable bien climatisé avec kitchenette bien aménagée. Mais le ménage n'est pas fait pendant toute la semaine ni les draps et serviettes changées au moins une fois. Il n'y a que 6 chaises longues a disposition pour les emmener jusqu'à la plage. Il faut donc aller tôt a la plage ou argumenter avec les clients qui ont pris les 6 pour qu'ils en donnent un. La plage est très simple : zone d'herbe / arbres avec 3 bancs et zone de cailloux. Il y a toutefois une douche, un paravent pour de changer et 1 cabine WC. Nous avons testé 2 des restaurants recommandés dont Stari Dvor a Kastel Stari et c'était des bonnes adresses. Il y a 3 magasins d'alimentation, une pharmacie, un DAB et des terrasses de cafe pas loin de l'hôtel.

Feines Hotel in Strandnähe

Hotel ist ca. 50m vom Strand weg, kleinere, gemütliche Bar ist ca. 100m am Strand entlang weg. Stadt an sich ist sehr überschaubar, aber trotzdem ein nettes Ziel um z.B. Split anzusehen (aber man muss mit dem Auto mobil sein). Zimmergröße ist gut, mit Kochnische, Kühlschrank etc. alles vorhanden. Möbel sind ein wenig älter, jedoch gut in Schuss. Klimaanlage ohne Ausschalttimer. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, hilft bei der Wahl von Restaurants und Tourenplanung. Netter kleiner Vorgarten im Hotel, wo man am Abends bestimmt mal ein bisschen entspannen kann. Strand vor dem Hotel ist sehr sauber und "Kroatien" (soll heißen: kleine, ca. 3cm im Durchmesser, Steinchen). Flughafen ist zwar nicht weit weg, in der Nacht haben wir jedoch nichts mitbekommen vom Fluglärm.

Geweldig leuke villa

Super gastvrije en leuke eigenaar vertellen je vanalles over goeie restaurants in de buurt en leuke dingen om te doen of te zien en echt een paar stappen lopen bij het strand vandaan helemaal super

Très décevant

Impression mitigée:, comme un malaise. La chambre aurait pu être très bien, s'il n'y avait eu cette odeur de relent d'égout venant de la salle de bain. Ce que n'ignorent pas les propriétaires puisqu'un parfumeur d'ambiance électrique était placé à demeure dans la chambre. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, beaucoup de chose se trouvent sur la table qui ne servent à rien (10 beurres, 10 confitures, etc) mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous.Pour le paiement nous demandons comment nous pouvons payer le jour de notre arrivée, on nous indique en cash ou par carte, les 2 sont possibles. Et au moment de payer, la carte n'est plus acceptée, "nous nous sommes mal compris", et le tarif est plus élevé que celui indiqué dans les chambres. Même si la Villa Soulavy est bien placée sur la plage et dans un lieu charmant proche de Split et de Trogir(mais très difficile à trouver) tout cela laisse une impression d'ensemble mitigée au final
