The owner is rarely ever there. They left as soon as I checked in but gave no instructions on the Wi-Fi or TV. The door to the hallway/ hotel was open (unlocked) all the time. It is close the the beach, restaurants & buses. It is clean & quiet, but they need to leave instructions in the rooom if they are not on sight & lock the door to the exterior (though it seems safe).

Super friendly owners. Kristjan greeted us with water bottles and a giant slice of watermelon. The room was clean and neat. The pool looked very clean even though we didnt use it. The main attraction of the area, the beach boardwalk is about a 6-8 min walk. Very convenient

Good stay for early flight

We stayed one night, before an early flight. The location was very good—just a few minutes drive to airport and many markets and good restaurants within walking distance. The pool right outside our door was nice as it was very hot during our trip. The unit was basic, but clean. We had some trouble with checkin, but there is a good burger place in the same building we ate at while we waiting. The owner? Manager? ended up buying our lunch because she felt bad about the check in delay, which was a nice touch. Overall we would definitely stay again and would recommend!

It was a very nice stay. Lots of crucifixes everywhere. LOL! I would give it a 5, but when I compare it to my othe VRBOs, it wasn't as nice. However, had this been my only VRBO, I would have given it a 5 star.

Horrible Experience

This was a terrible experience. First off the owner ‘double booked’ us and did not communicate anything about this until a few hours prior to check in, through email so we never saw it. I had texted the host through VRBO app the day before to ask how we check in because no instructions were sent and she did not respond. We arrived at the accommodations and no one was there, we had to phone a number in the door. The host said ‘yes you are at the wrong location’. It was the exact location provided!!!! Then we had to can to a different location and change rooms 3 times because the accommodations were 1. Did not fit all 3 of us. 2. The AC was broken (it was +40) Then we had to pay for a taxi to the airport when the whole reason we booked in the first place was because it was a 7 min walk to the airport. To top it all off, we got an ADDITIONAL charge on our credit card 2 days after for staying at the place THEY moved us to. We are trying to request a refund with VRBOs help. We use VRBO often and this is not standard and should not be on VRBO.

Nice stay

Very clean unit. We stayed one night before departing Split on vacation. Close to airport and a short walk to the sea with nearby restaurants. Delicious breakfast provided for a nominal charge.
