Villa Kvarner house offers a delightful 3-family vacation rental in Kastav, just 7 km from the coastal town of Opatija and 9.5 km from Rijeka, Croatia. Nestled in a serene and sunny elevated position amidst the countryside, this property boasts a shared 2,000 m2 garden with a lawn, plants, and a 7 x 4 m angular swimming pool (available seasonally from July 1 to October 1) with an internal staircase. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Internet Wi-Fi access and on-premises parking are provided for your convenience.

This living area provides direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with satellite TV.

The apartment is well-appointed with a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and toilet.
