Nestled on a quiet hillside, just a short drive from the famous Opatija Riviera, this stylish, Mediterranean holiday house is the perfect escape to enjoy a relaxing vacation any time of the year!

The first-floor holiday getaway is ideal for up to 5 guests and benefits from air-conditioning as well as central heating to provide comfortable year-round stays, especially for families. There is open-air dining to indulge in casual get-togethers and a portable grill BBQ to socialize over grilled delicacies and a glass of Croatian white.

The accommodation is divided into 2 levels, with an elegant, spacious and fully renovated living room, 2 bedrooms and a practically-equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a smooth and carefree holiday. The living room of the house is the highlight and the perfect place to unwind; featuring ample seating space, a big Smart-TV, and a music stereo, its overall uplifting vibe really sets the mood to have fun and enjoyable moments with loved ones. The kitchen of the house has a beautiful and vibrant adjoining dining setup and features utilities like a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, cooker hob, and fridge to facilitate a most carefree stay.

Location

The holiday apartment overlooks the Učka mountains and the island of Cres. It is just a 10-minutes away from refreshment at the beach of Preluk, which is also known for its wind-surfers. A cafe, restaurant, and a tennis country are also close by, located a 10-minutes walk and add to the comforts of holidaying here.

Kastav, which has an exceptional natural beauty and a number of recreational recesses is a 7-minutes drive away and so is Viškovo, the home of Croatian tradition and history. Other popular towns where guests can visit and soak in the tradition handed down for years are Opatija and Rijeka. The Opatija Riviera is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia and is a 17-minutes drive away, meanwhile, the European Cultural Capital of Rijeka is a 35-minutes drive away. For longer trips or day trips, guests can also reach the largest island of the Adriatic, Krk Island within a 50-minutes drive from the holiday house. The closest international airport is in Rijeka.

Ganz toller Aufenthalt

Am Anreisetag war der check in völlig problemlos. Für die Kinder gab es ein paar kleine Naschereien. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und alles in einem Top Zustand. Uns wurde bei einem medizinischen Notfall sofort geholfen und ein Arzt vermittelt. Der Vermieter ist aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren sogar mit zum Arzt gefahren. Der Abschied viel uns wirklich schwer, so viel Herzlichkeit, wir kommen garantiert wieder. Familie Köhler
