Amazing stay at Luuks! We were a family of 8. Very clean and modern hotel, great breakfast with lots of selection. Nice little walk to the beach about 8-10 mins, perfect distance so it's not too loud. Outstanding customer service from Thea and Reno who helped us out a lot. Highly recommend staying there

I had a wonderful stay at Luuks Hotel! The room was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always ready with a smile and happy to help. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out. I’m giving them a well-deserved 5 out of 5 and will definitely be back on my next visit!

Dieses Hotel ist einfach toll. Es sieht wunderschön aus, ist sauber und hat die perfekte Lage. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, und Pefkochori liegt nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt – wirklich ideal. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Halkidiki werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Das einzige was ich bemängeln: die Putzkräfte haben trotz „do not disturb“ das Zimmer betreten, vorher haben sie zwei mal geklopft und sind einfach reingekommen.

A Mixed Experience

The location is undoubtedly one of its best features—situated on a main road but surprisingly quiet. It's conveniently close to numerous bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach, making it an ideal spot for those wanting to explore the local area. The reception staff were always helpful and smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The WiFi was reliable and fast, which was a pleasant surprise.The architecture of the hotel, however, has some design flaws. By mid-afternoon, the pool area is half in the shade due to the building's design. Additionally, the pool area can be very noisy, with unnecessarily loud music that detracts from the relaxing environment one might expect. The rooms, while small, are nicely decorated. However, the safe is inconveniently located under the fridge, requiring you to get on the floor to access it. This is particularly frustrating given the empty shelving above the fridge, which would have been a more practical spot. An irritating illuminated exit sign stays on 24 hours a day, which counteracts the effectiveness of the blackout drapes. Furthermore, the pillows were much too thick for my liking.The bathroom has a motion-activated extractor fan that seemed to turn on randomly without any movement, which was quite annoying. During my 3-night stay, the shower gel dispenser remained empty. I had my own toiletries. The Hotels.com advert stated free parking, but upon arrival, parking is on street, misleading.

A very beautiful, modern hotel with exceptionally clean rooms, a delicious, high-quality breakfast, and **truly warm, attentive service**. It's in a fantastic location, very close to the beach and the mineral water springs.

The power went lost 4-5 times a day. Waking us up at night + turning of tv in the middle of movies. The cleaners forgot to give new bathrobes when they cleaned, and Also forgot to give New towels and blankets. At day 4 out of 10, our handsope Also were talen. We needed to go several times to the personell to Ask for towels. But gave up the hand soap and bathrobes. On the positive side, was the personell really polite
