"호텔이 신축이라 깨끗하다. 조조마린스타디움 공연을 볼 겸 머문 호텔이었는데 만족스러웠다. 방은 두 명이서 지내기에 충분히 크고 호텔 어메니티가 좋았다. 방음도 좋은 편이었다. 역과 쇼핑몰과 가까워서 편리했으며, 1층에 세븐일레븐이 공사중인걸로 보아 신규입점 예정인 것 같다."

"Fantastic hotel and very convenient inside the Airport for the last day before your flight. Room was spaciois and clean. The best thing about the hotel is the onsen/spa facilities. Really enjoyed using the onsen pools and having a massage."

"This property was a lifesaver for my family and I as we had a late flight arrive at HND and I realized that other properties in the areas halted check-in before our arrival. The location could not be more convenient, being right at the terminal. The staff was helpful in getting us checked in, which was a bit of a confusing process for those who have never been to Japan or haven't been there in a while. The room was clean, and amenities provided in the room were very welcome as it allowed us to avoid unpacking all of our toiletries before washing up and getting ready for bed. And I really enjoyed the breakfast available at the hotel, which made it very convenient for us before setting off for the shinkansen."

"Had a great experience staying at this hotel! The family room was great and a fun experience for my kids. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside is breakfast is very expensive, but we ate at the department store food court down the road for way less, plus there are a few convenient stores close by. The location is close to Disney and there is a park directly across the street that we used. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel, I loved the amenities and especially the fact that there was a coin laundry inside the hotel. Being connected to the mall and onsen was also a huge plus. I really enjoyed the onsen facilities, and I found it increidbly helpful you could check both the laundry status and onsen crowdedness on the hotel room TV. I only wish that the hours were more clear for the onsen, because I got to the bedrock bath too late. I also had some trouble finding the hotel entrance from the train station, and the hotel is quite far from most general attractions in Tokyo. Aside from that, everything was great. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay."
