「When I visited this hotel (August 2017), it could be accessible from Gmunden railway station by a combination of a city tram (from the station as far as Franz-Josef-Platz) and a special electric bus (from Josef -Platz to the stop right in front of the hotel). The latter is free of charge for hotel guests, but it is only available after 11:00 a.m. (Note this info is always subject to changes, partly because the renovation of the local transportation network seems now under way.)

「So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet).
Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!」
