Das Personal des Lemon Tree Hotels ist sehr unprofessionell. Sie haben sich geweigert, unsere Buchung anzunehmen. Sie drohen, Ihnen bei Ihrer Ankunft im Hotel mehr zu berechnen. Das Hotel liegt abgelegen und daher nutzen sie dies aus. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich.
