From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace was also lovely and we enjoyed our breakfasts there daily and some wine before we made our way out for dinner. I’ve been to Kalkan many times and this was the best location I’ve stayed in, you were literally a road away from old town. Thank you so much again for a great stay, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Zuerst einmal möchten wir betonen, dass wir eines unserer schönsten Urlaube in Kalkan Kas verbracht haben. Wir haben für 13 Tage das Appartment gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Herr Cem war unkompliziert - alles per Whatsapp. Dort angekommen wurden wir von der Hausherrin Frau Ferhan & dem Manager des Hauses Herr Sirin herzlichst empfangen. Koffer ins Apparment gebracht, alles wurde uns detailliert gezeigt. Anschließend haben sie uns nach oben auf die wundervolle Terasse (schönster Ausblick auf den Strand / das Meer sowie umliegende Gegend (Berge, idylissche Gassen. Jeder Gast hat Zugang darauf, bitte unbedingt dort Abends Zeit verbringen...es ist unbezahlbar schön!) eingeladen auf ein kaltes, erfrischendes Getränk. Super freundlich. Nachdem wir kurz die "formellen" Dinge besprochen haben (Türen öffnen mit selbst gewählten Codes, super geringe Kaution etc.) konnten wir die Gegend erkunden. Auch hierzu hat Frau Ferhan alle möglichen Insider Tipps sowie Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsgeschäfte, Strände Sehenswürdigkeiten etc etc mitgeteilt. Unser Apparment war nicht nur extrem sauber sondern auch total modern eingerichtet. Sie haben von allem eine Erstausstattung gehabt (von Spülmittel über Toilettenpapier bis hin zu Seife im Bad). Alles war da! Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar einer Frenchpress oder Cezve (für türk. Moka). Alles in allem war einzigartig, wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. DANKE für alles, liebes Kalamaki Flats Team! Wir kommen wieder

The property is extremely new and well kept property, unbelievably clean, roughly three minutes walk from a crystal clear beach and in the heart of kalkan , minutes from the restaurants and shops. The host is excellent and will kindly cater for your every need . The reception on arrival was the best we have ever had . We didn't want to leave this beautiful place. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you again!

This has to be one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. The host greeted us with turkish tea and cheese filled pastries, filled up the fridge for breakfast as we arrived late and made us feel very welcomed throughout the whole week. Ferhan (the host) knows what she is doing and is honestly a pleasure to talk to, making you want to stay all night on the beautiful terrace with a beautiful ocean view and talk to her about life and all. She also offered to drive us to Kas (a city nearby) and helped us organise a trip to the nearby Greek islands. We all really enjoyed staying here as it was very local, a 2 minute walk to the beach, very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back as this actually felt like a temporary home.

Home away

Wellcoming has been fantastic I felt speechless for the kindness and all the items that they deserve to you. Flats are very clean, well designed and super furnished. There is more than you need! Position is very close to the main beach and not so far from the bus stop to reach Kaputas and Kas. You can find in the upper floor a nice terrase wher guest can relax and taste their drink or enjoy the sunset. We felt like in a family, comunication was good and quick. I recommend 100%

The building is very close to sea and very clean place. The top floor has very good View, it is so good for drink or eat something. Because of the newest building in Kalkan, Kaş , I suggest everyone.
