The house is also suitable for workers and accommodates up to three guests.



Located far from the hustle and bustle on a manor estate in the Ostheide, at the border to Wendland (Lüchow-Dannenberg), you can enjoy pure nature here. The approx. 130 m² house sits on a 1,500 m² plot and offers a small playground as well as two terraces—one with a wide view over the fields and the adjacent forest. Two beach chairs for four people invite you to relax with this panorama.



There is no fixed children’s program, but the entire estate can be used as a playground. Six children aged 3 to 12 live in neighboring houses, so your children can find playmates. Board games are available in the house. You are welcome to bring your children’s favorite games and stuffed animals.



We recommend bringing your own bikes. Alternatively, up to three adult bikes (28-inch) and one children’s bike (26-inch) can be rented for an extra fee. The area is perfect for long walks, cycling tours, and forest bathing in the private woods.



The region also offers a variety of cultural events: music festivals in Hitzacker, theater and concerts at Verdo, film and theater events in Lüchow, puppet theater in Dannenberg, and more. Check local media for current events.
