"Excellent hotel"

"3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor. Otelin her yeri sıcacık dışarısı -20 bile olsa içeride üşüme imkanı yok. Oda temizliğini siz söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Tek eksik sayabileceğim yanı bu ama öyle önemli bir şey değil bence. Konum olarakta Kars’ın tam merkezinde sayılır her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bu güzel konaklama deneyimi için Qrista by Dedeman oteline ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim."

"The room was nice and clean, the bin was broken and the bedding could have been thicker. We ate in the restaurant which was nice but the bar staff wasn’t very interested in his job. We were ignored for a while as he looked at his phone and chatted to another man. The waiter and food were both good. The reception staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious and varied. The hotel was very pretty with lots of decorations. I didn’t use the spa as it was men’s time but my husband did. It’s a shame there wasn’t a time we could use the pool area and swim together. "

"Gorgeous and friendly staff welcomed us on arrival, the rooms are a very comfortable size, super clean, easily worked for 3 adults. The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk along the river into the busy part of town with pkenty of food options and shopping. Outside is a beautiful seating area on the river bank with tea, coffee, drinks, even some wines. The only negative is out of the control of the hotel, but there was a strong waste smell from the river. There are obviously some major civic works underway to fix the leaks and treat the water."

"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "
