"There was no heat. We had to be moved after multiple attempts to get the heat working, and the accommodations at the location they moved us to was awful. It split up our party, did not have a kitchen, and was not near where we were, adding extra costs for eating out and travel. Would not use Crown Living again as they are unwilling to fairly compensate us."

"The room was clean and cosy and the breakfast was amazing!! The hotel was centrally located and perfect if you’re travelling by train! There were many bars and restaurants at a walkable distance from the hotel. "

"The hotel is fantastic for its design, the room and the view. I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad."

"The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :("
