Luxurious apartment with panoramic mountain views

The apartment is in a very quiet residence in the center of Karpacz. Near the forest, shopping centers Biedronka and Netto (5 minutes walk), near the bus stop (3 minutes walk). The accommodation has 53 m2, with a large balcony. From the living room, kitchen and bedroom, panoramic mountain views. Outside, free parking, a playground for children, a platform for outdoor bodybuilding. In the entrance hall there is a ski and push room. Ideal location, the apartment is equipped with an American kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a fridge. The living room is very nice with its dining room, TV lounge area, a separate bedroom with ample storage possibilities. Wi-Fi Internet. We have a bed and a baby chair. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Very quiet apartment in a quiet residence in the city center. Karpacz is one of the most touristic mountain town in Poland. It is a ski resort in winter and in summer it offers opportunities for hiking in the mountains. Swimming pool, discotheque, museums, a wide range of restaurants, shops and stores.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Wir hatten 10 Tage gebucht,sind nach einer Woche abgereist. Sauberkeit ungenügend, Bett mit verschieden hohen Matratzen, alte Matratzen an die Wand gelehnt. Dadurch Schlafzimmer sehr unschön.Kein Toilettenpapier , Badschranktür defekt, ein Lüfter funktioniert nicht. Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, wenig Geschirr. Der Kühlschrank scheint defekt zu sein, er kühlt nicht. Im Geschirrspüler schmutziges Geschirr. TV für deutsche Touristen nicht nutzbar. Eine vernünftige Couch wäre nötig. Auch der Balkon ist verschmutzt. Im gegenwärtigen Zustand kann ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Wlan hat funktioniert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4.Etage, für ältere Personen eine anstrengende Angelegenheit. Die Mängel wurden dem Vermieter mitgeteilt.

Ferienwohnung die durch fehlende Sauberkeit entwertet wird

Die Ferienwohnung ist im obersten Stock eines Miethauses/-block. Ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz und Spielplatz bei dem Haus vorhanden. Sicherlich war die Wohnung mal schön gewesen, wir haben sie nur sehr abgelebt und dreckig kennengelernt. Vor allem die Küche ist dabei sehr aufgefallen. Die Spülmaschine defekt- dreckiges Geschirr war noch darin eingeschlichtet - wir haben den Vermieter daraufhin angesprochen und zur Antwort erhalten, dass die Spülmaschine nicht für die Gäste gedacht ist. Die Küche klebt überall, wir haben verschimmeltes Brot entsorgt und den einzig vorhandenen Topf von eingebrannter Milch gereinigt. Die Matratzen sind zu klein passen nicht in den Bettrahmen. Im Schlafzimmer steht an der Wand angelehnt ein weiteres Bett, wohnlich ist anders. Das für diesen Preis kein luxuriöses Appartement angeboten wird, war uns von vorn herein klar. Aber funktionierende Geräte und eine saubere Unterkunft- darauf hat jeder Gast Anspruch! Wir sind enttäuscht und hätten uns was anderes unter dieser Wohnung vorgestellt.

Herbstwanderungen im Riesengebirge

Die Wohnung ist voller Überraschungen. Sehr abgewohnt und nicht sehr sauber. Nur was für Kerle. Keine Tee- oder Kaffeekanne. Ein (!) großer Topf zum Kochen! Ansonsten sehr wohnlich. Ein tolles Bettenlager. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön (4. OG gleich unterm Dach). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Stadtzentrum ist sehr nahe. Preis-Leistung aber in Ordnung.

Sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, toller Ausblick. Uns haben ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Für deutsche Gäste wichtig zu wissen : kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehen möglich. Laptop angebracht (WLAN vorhanden). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht auch sehr gut deutsch.

Für deutsche Urlauber eher ungeeignet, da man kaum einen Ansprechpartner hat. Die Wohnung liegt in der 5. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl, was mit der Winterausrüstung anstrengend ist. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich schön, aber runter gekommenen und nicht besonders sauber. Es gibt nur polnisches Fernsehen, was im Winterurlaub ein deutliches Minus ist.

Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet, zur Not auch für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut (Geschirrspüler, W-Lan, Waschmaschine etc. alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Man hat vom Balkon einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und in die Berge, von der Küche aus kann man sogar die Schneekoppe sehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sind gut. Eigentlich würden wir 5 Sterne für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geben, aber es gibt einen kleinen Abzug wegen der Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen. Die kann man noch etwas verbessern. Wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen!
