Die Apartments sind top eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Check-in erfolgt absolut problemlos. Auch, wenn man etwas später anreist. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer super Lage, um von dort aus Wandertouren zu starten. Auch das Zentrum von Karpacz ist zu Fuß gut erreichtbar (1000 m).

Zapowiadało się wspaniale, ale rozczarowanie nastąpiło przy odbiorze kluczy Pomimo otrzymanej informacji z hotels.com cytuję "Twoja rezerwacja została zagwarantowana i w pełni opłacona." zderzyłem się z dodatkowym, bardzo wysokim kosztem sprzątania, w kwocie 195PLN, gdzie rezerwacja na 2 noce wyniosła 462PLN. Najgorsze jest to, że hotels.com ukrywa informacje o dodatkowych kosztach, gdzieś na samym dole strony jest wzmianka małym drukiem, że mogą wystąpić jakieś koszty. A przy rezerwacji, również drobnym drukiem już bardziej wyszczególnione. Nie wpsominając o Sun & Snow, który ukrywa prawdziwe koszty doliczając nieprzyzwoite stawki za sprzątanie, które de facto odbywa się tylko po zakończeniu pobytu. Jestem zniesmaczony przygodą z Hotels.com, za to, że takie wysokie dodatkowe koszty ukrywa na samym dole strony i drobnym drukiem oraz Sun & Snow, że podle wabi niskim kosztem klientów. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam anie z hotels.com ani Sun & Snow. Odradzam i przestrzegam.
