This facility was actually set up better than I expected. Some friends and I stayed at this VRBO for an out of town fishing tournament. There were only 2 issues that we ran into : 1) the carport was in very poor condition and was too low to park out boats under . Even if it had been tall enough, I wouldn’t have chanced the roof collapsing and damaging my boat . 2) the A/C situation was sub-par . 3 -110 window units and a portable unit in the laundry room was not sufficient for the 96-98 degree heat and 106-110 heat index that we had the last 4 days . It did cool down late in the evening but from 11am-6pm the units just couldn’t keep up . This probably isn’t an issue for 9-10 months out of the year . We just happened to be there during the hottest days of the summer . If you are not needing/wanting covered parking and it’s not over 90-92 degrees , this is definitely the most bang for your buck that you will find !
