My parents raved about this hotel and loved it so much they plan on returning when they visit again. The one thing on their "wish" list was to put a fridge in the room so they could store drinks, food etc. The staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating, the restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and dinner, location close to everything including the bus station.

First of all the location here was ideal and right in the center of the city of carlowitz the staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will be back again when in Karlovac.

We had a one night stay at this charming hotel. Our twin room was comfortable but small. It was fine for one night however there was limited seating in the room. The bathroom was tight but efficient. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast, could park out front.

Clean room. Staff were great. Breakfast food was ok, but repetative. There was a constant oduor of cigarette smoke. Not nice when trying to sleep and you can smell it on the sheets.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant area were extremely helpful, friendly, informative and easy to deal with. The hotel breakfast cured my morning hangovers every day I was there. The location is perfect. You’re within walking distance of several shopping centers, many restaurants and cafes. The bus station is a simple 10 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed that the TV allows you to use YouTube on it. It’s fairly well priced and honestly a bit under cost for how nice the property is and how close it is to the center of town. I will be back here again next year and likely many years going forward. If you are in town for Dani Piva it is a stones throw from the main concert stage, it’s perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
