"The room was very comfortable but the service in the restaurant was a little disappointing. We were left with our plates in front of us for ages after we had finished. Staff kept walking by but no one removed them. They came and gave us dessert menus then returned to take our order but still the plates were not removed. When we eventually asked for them to be removed one plate still remained until the dessert came."
