「We had a very nice vacation at Chateau Novak in Velka Bukova. The house is very originally furnished and has everything you could possibly need: spacious kitchen(s), clean toilets, cozy and clean beds, huge common rooms. A highlight is the piano, billiard and table tennis table, projector + screen, fireplace, garden with seating and barbecue facilities, espresso machine. Everything top! Very uncomplicated communication, friendly reception & service. 2 castles and plenty of hiking...

「The reason only2 star: 1. check-in was a nightmare. After arrived on site was told needed to pick up keys at another location. Language issues made this totally unexceptable. 2. Bedroom has only a sheer curtains no privacy at all 3. Mattress was like a camping cot. 4. No shower curtain around tub. Water straying everywhere. 5. Not enough towels in apartment two bath 1 hand, 1 floor. ( 4days) 6. No pillow cases or linen for sofa bed 7. No hand, body, hair soaps of any kind 8. ...
