「When we arrived we went to reception and no one was there. We went looking for someone at the property and found a cleaner who came over to the reception, ask to see my booking and looked confused. She also wanted to see a receipt as they were not expecting us. Saw this in another review as well… so not a good first impression. 「Very clean, well located, staff very helpful, and they run day tours from the villa if you intend on staying long. Decent snorkelling just off the beach too. A little loud re road traffic, but expect much the same for accommodation in the area.」
