「ウブドで1番清潔な宿泊施設ではないでしょうか 共用部分をスタッフが毎日掃き掃除、拭き掃除しています オーナー夫妻がとてもフレンドリーで、片言の日本語で話しかけてきてくれたり、安心して宿泊できました 朝食も美味しくて綺麗です 前日に朝食時刻とメニューを確認されますが、宿泊者が朝食場所に行ってから作り始めるシステムなので、食べ始める時刻ではありません その点を確認しておかないと朝食に予想以上に時間がかかります 洗濯は、1㎏25,000ルピアでお願いできます 朝頼むと夕方には出来上がってきます シャンプー、バスジェル、ハンドソープ、固形石鹸、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップあります ミネラルウォーターは毎日人数分補充してもらえます」

「I went to Ubud with my family. Location is great and close to everything. Pool is clean. Room is clean. The only issue is the Toilet (clean but too noisy) in general super and great hotel.」

「There's not much to say that hasn't already been said, the property and in particular the views are amazing, everywhere you look there is something new to see. I really enjoyed my time at Sumah Hill and most of the time was spent relaxing by the pool reading and swimming. The staff were amazing and really looked after not just me but the villa was kept in immaculate condition for my whole stay. If you are lookg for a place to relax and recharge this is the place and i woould 100% stay here...

「不便な場所、基本的なサービス態度、チェックインの際に30分以上も待たされるなど不足な点が多いが、リビングキッチンが別棟でプライベートプール付き、山の上からの海の眺めなど好みのタイプではある。キッチンで料理する為に肉を買いたかったが周辺には売っていない事が残念。また泊まりたいホテルに入る。」
