「We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at Batis Beach Hotel. Our room had two balconies, and one had a partial view of the beach. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and it's located close to many restaurants and shops. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was great. Fresh cooked eggs with yogurt, fruit, and breads. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions! 「We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property」

「Sehr schönes kleines Hotel und Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Shops, sowie Strand gut erreichbar. Bestes Frühstücksbuffet, dass ich je auf Kreta gesehen habe, sehr liebevoll alles hergerichtet. Das Hotel ist klein aber Oho, auch Doppelzimmer und Bad eher sehr klein geraten.」

Coffee machine worked well and the options for coffee were fantastic. Plenty of parking near hotel, and a nice village and great beach in walking distance were of course what we came for. 「Ich war alleine für drei Tage hier. Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe noch nie eine Hotelanlage gesehen, die sich so harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt hat wie diese. Eine wunderschöne Gartenlandschaft. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich hier wieder übernachten.」

「Super freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen in allen Abteilungen. Tolles Frühstücks- und Abendessen in Buffet Form. Leider sind die Bäder und Duschen viel zu klein. Diesmal war leider unser Bett niht mehr das beste. Aber plakias als Ort mit Strand und die Strände in der Umgebung sind hervorragend. Und im Herbst nicht überlaufen. 」

「So ein schönes, kleines, gemütliches und charmantes Hotel. Evi und Sally haben uns toll umsorgt. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigeren Seitengasse der schönen Altstadt. Hinweis: man kann mit dem Auto oder Taxi nicht ans Hotel fahren. Daher vorher prüfen, an welcher Stelle man aussteigt.」

「Booked a “Superior” room and they gave us a broom closet. We were supposed to have twin beds, but they gave us a king. Housekeeping then converted it into two twin beds pressed up against one another. Not like the photos at all (or my prior stay at the hotel). When I mentioned this, reception gave me he key to a larger room to look at. It was in line with the hotel photos, but the safe in this room was tiny and could not hold my valuables (the safe in the first room could). When I mentioned...

「Sköna sängar och kuddar. Trevlig personal. Bra AC. Ren och fin pool. Bra frukost. Parkering finns men är liten och rymmer 3-4 bilar. Annars gäller parkering på gatan, vilket kan vara svårt. Rekommenderar hotellet. Inte billigt, ligger bra till stranden. 」
