Lovely apartment in Olpenitz with sauna

This holiday property impresses with its central location in the OstseeResort Olpenitz and top furnishings with a private wellness area and underfloor heating. Two sun terraces promise marvellous sunrises and sunsets over the sea. A holiday feeling is guaranteed, as the Weidefeld sandy beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The harbour promenade and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz are also in the immediate vicinity. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth, the infrared cabin powered by green electricity with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped modern eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and also has a microwave and freezer compartment. The south-west-facing terrace directly adjoining the dining area promises cosy barbecue evenings and fantastic sunsets. Breakfast in the morning sun on the covered north-east terrace. When the wild geese and ducks wake up, early risers can watch the sunrise here and then set off for a run on the beach or an early morning swim.



Cosy up on the comfy sofa. Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme as well as board games provide indoor entertainment on Nordic days.



The two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds and each has an additional flatscreen TV.



There is a private car park in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: watching the sun fall into the water from the terrace after a long day at the beach.



The holiday apartment Treibgut is located on the first floor. It is powered by 100% renewable energy. This is our small contribution to the considerate use of scarce energy resources.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
